What’s included?

In my tourist map of Dusseldorf Germany, I’ve included over 45 of the city’s most must-visit destinations! They’re split into different categories depending on what you want to see

  • Historical sites – Düsseldorf’s Altstadt (Old Town) may be small however, it’s packed with charm and plenty to explore. From the historic town hall to the towering Basilika St. Lambertus, the area is dotted with stunning architecture. Keep an eye out for the many statues hidden throughout the Altstadt, including the famous Confrontation Statue. It’s definitely worth wandering through and seeing what you can discover!
  • General Tourist Attractions – Düsseldorf has no shortage of fantastic attractions to explore. Feed the animals at Wildpark Grafenberg, indulge in a bit of retail therapy along the historic Königsallee and afterwards wander through the beautiful botanical gardens. Whatever your interests, there’s plenty to keep you busy!
  • Museums / Art Galleries – Düsseldorf is known for its art scene, with galleries and exhibition spaces covering every era. But if you’re more into wildlife than watercolours, make a beeline for the Aquazoo Löbbecke Museum. Part zoo, part aquarium, part museum, it’s a fantastic spot to dive into natural history – plus the penguins are pretty cute!
  • Parks – I really loved exploring Düsseldorf’s parks – each one has its own unique charm and hidden corners to discover. Check out the Japanese Gardens in Nordpark, the themed gardens of Südpark, or the Baroque elegance of Hofgarten.
